The space
Living space is spread out over three floors.
The first floor consists of three bedrooms, each with a panoramic view. The master bedroom has its own bathroom and terrace. Imagine waking up to a panoramic view of Split and its islands right from your bed! All bedrooms are furnished with carefully selected details, natural materials and linen covers, feature TV and air conditioning.
Ground floor with the open living room, dining, and kitchen area. The living room faces large windows with a stunning panoramic view; imagine the evenings with the city lights! This area maintains comfort and coziness, offering a choice: you can either watch the sunset or turn to the other side of large sofa to watch TV.
The kitchen is equipped with high-quality appliances, perfect for your culinary masterpieces or morning coffee. Spacious dining room if you wish to enjoy your meals indoor. Our wine bar offers a selection of fine local wines, complete with a wine fridge set to the perfect temperature. You can also enjoy some special selections of your choice!
The outdoor area features a private pool with a counter-current swimming system, enhancing the swimming experience. Adjacent to the pool is a lounge area with garden deck chairs, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying the sunset, creating a perfect environment for relaxation.
The pool uses a salt electrolysis system for water disinfection, commonly referred to as a salt chlorinator or salt-water chlorinator. This system generates chlorine naturally from salt, avoiding the use of commercial chlorine and reducing associated health risks. Swimming in this saltwater pool may be more beneficial for individuals with asthma or allergies, as it typically has fewer irritating effects than pools treated with traditional chlorine.

We didn’t want to interrupt your daily fitness routine, so there is a fitness area in the basement, also perfect for escaping the summer heat! You can also enjoy poker game and darts with lovely music from a retro speaker that connects to any playlist.
We’ve also taken care of the wellness zone, equipped with an organic Finnish sauna and futon furniture for maximum comfort during relaxation. The wellness room is decorated with earthy colors – dark red combined with green and wooden tones, creating a sense of connection to the natural surroundings where you can unwind and reconnect with yourself.
